Whenever a women has had three or more miscarriages she is labelled as RPL It’s seen in 3to 5%of the pregnant ladies Inability to give birth to an offspring , be it infertility or RPL is very traumatic not only fr the patient but fr the whole family

We see such couples in special clinic (on appointment)

We start with detail history, examination and appropriate investigations Cause is identified only in 50%of the cases. Treatment strategy is discussed.

Our approach is positive in those cases where the cause is not known since the chance of having a successful pregnancy is around 75% Prepregnancy treatment is started in certain cases.

We give special attention to the psychological aspect of these desperate couples
